Our secret Chili blends are created from our varieties of fresh chilis grown in our farms in the North of Ibiza. Our recipes include many unsung heroes of the ingredient world: Spanish Smoked Pimienton, Indian Turmeric, Asian Loquat fruit and Alkalising lemon juice. Our sauces burst with an abundance of subtle and punchy heat that gently rises and falls against a supernova backdrop of flavour.
