The Ibiza Chili Co was co-created by Sid Shanti, the international gourmet chef and author of the bestselling book: Glorious Ibiza Food.
From Sid's desire to use the incredible variety of ingredients that flourish in Ibiza, in the spring of 2016 he and his partner planted 600 chili plants in the north of Ibiza, and shortly after, Ibiza Chili Co was born.
David’s professional life has been focussed on business and investment, having worked in London’s corporate world for a number of years. This background coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for Ibiza, has led to the creation of Ibiza Chili Co…. David & Sid’s shared philosophy has meant Ibiza Chili Co is and will continue to be a truly authentic company, with roots firmly in the island and its values.
